These terms govern your use of the Dave's Tyres & Garage Ltd website. Terms applying to garage work or goods will also be explained or agreed when you request a quotation or book a service.

This website is operated by Dave's Tyres & Garage Ltd, also trading as Dave's Garage UK, based near Mini Cooper Showroom, Two Mills Farm, Welsh Road, Chester CH1 6HT.

6. Parts, tyres and warranties

The availability and suitability of tyres and parts depend on your vehicle, specification and stock. Manufacturer warranties may apply to new goods. Any warranty is subject to its stated conditions and does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect maintenance or unrelated faults. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Cancellations and delays

Please tell us promptly if you need to cancel or change a booking. We may need to charge reasonable costs for specially ordered items or work already authorised, where permitted by law. Completion dates and same-day service are estimates unless expressly agreed; delays can occur because of parts availability, additional faults or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Vehicle collection

Please collect your vehicle at the agreed time after being told it is ready. Any arrangements or reasonable costs arising from significantly delayed collection will be discussed with you and applied only where lawful.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from consumer use of this website.

10. External links

The website links to services operated by third parties, including Google Maps and social-media or messaging platforms. Those services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, security or content.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, wording, branding and original content belong to Dave's Tyres & Garage Ltd or are used with permission. You may view the website for your own use but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
